AS Summer Homework task - Storyboard resource
Here's the jpeg for a template to create a storyboard for your AS preliminary film. You can't write in the boxes because it's effectively a digital photograph.
The link for the Publisher file (PCs only) is here:
https://gordano.talmos.net/gordano/subjects/English%20Media_New/Pages/Media%20Studies%20AS%20Courses.aspx
It's called 'Blank storyboard by CMT'
TWELVE shots is a good minimum for this = two sheets of this storyboard template.

Preliminary production
Over the summer break you must produce the front page and contents page of a school magazine
featuring a photograph of a student in medium close-up plus some appropriately laid-out text and a masthead.
You can use whatever software you like, there is an example below which took 5 minutes. We expect it to be better than this!
I found these images on google, you should take your own pictures - at least 3 and have stories that would appeal to students.
Also give some thought to layout and fonts - how can you make it look like a magazine?
